"Résidence très agréable, bien équipée et bien située pour un séjour sur Lacanau Lac"

Résidence agréable, calme, avec un nombre modérés de lodges, piscine agréable (dimensions, peu de bruit). Très bien située par sa proximité immédiate du lac et de la plage du Moutchic, assez proche Lacanau Océan et Lacanau ville. Logement spacieux, propre et bien équipé. Service de boulangerie le matin est un plus.

RAS sur "pas apprécié" Améliorations possibles : poser des espagnolettes sur les fenêtres du rez de chaussée pour pouvoir laisser ouvert pendant les absences / mettre un peu de décoration / repeindre quelques murs un peu "défraichis" / proposer une laverie sur place

"Non-fussy apartment with great access to the lakefront."

The location is great, right next to a nice beach on the lake.

The apartment was quite hot in the night. Since there are many mosquitoes, you couldn’t really open the windows.

"Great place to stay to enjoy the lake and ocean"

Great location near the lake, secure parking, friendly staff, and nice spots for food and drink nearby.

It was very hot when we stayed so could have benefited from aircon. Also the pictures gave me the impression that all the units had a pool in front but this wasn't the case.

"Nice location but really to small, and need a refresh."

Nice location

Too small, you can’t walk around the bed, my feet were touching the wall (I’m 1m82). To open the sofa bed you need to move furniture. It’s really not a 4 people apartment, be careful when you reserve. Site and apartments seems not well maintained and need a serious refresh.

"We staid for a night, we'll come back for a week!"

Pet allowed! There are a lot of free cats just taking nap on terraces. The location and the town are very quiet! The apartment was very clean, we appreciated a lot the large balcony for its privacy. Didn't had time to try the pool or spa, maybe next time

There is a caution of 300€ for the time you stay (in case if you break a furniture or don't return the apartment clean) that wasn't mentioned on booking.com. It is "blocked" with your payment card so technically, you don't actually pay 300€. I would have prefer to be aware of this notion on the website; even if i fully understand the measure
