Tranquillita', privacy e gentilezza del personale. Luogo magico circondato dal profumi e verde. Area piscina molto ordinata. Staff molto gentile, scelta di ristoranti nella struttura molto varia. Consigliato per qualche giorno di totale relax

We enjoyed our stay and would refer to others!

Notre séjour à été magnifique. L’hôtel est très beau et la vue est probablement l’une des plus belle de Tropea. La mer est toute proche. Le service est très attentif sans être pesant. Nous n’avons pas eu de coup de cœur pour la restauration du Bistrot. Le portions sont vraiment petites eu égard au prix et nous n’avons pas été convaincu par les saveurs. Cela n’enlève rien à la beauté de l’endroit et à la qualité du service

We stayed at Villa Paola for5 nights. It was magical . Even before our stay , Sara had helped us tremendously by arranging meals , transport etc. When we arrived we felt as if we were greeting an old friend ! Every single person within Villa Paola did everything they could to make our stay perfect . We were cared for by Sara who was unbelievably kind, even checked our train arrived safely to Reggio ; Lavinia brought a smile and a wonderful service to our meals and Davide was considerate and helpful and will have a wonderful career in hospitality ahead . The meals were phenomenal; the thought put into creating each dish, just mind blowing, the chefs , clever and brilliant and the staff so knowledgeable. We cannot praise this hotel highly enough . So peaceful , so much thought into every detail . We were honoured to be looked after here . Tropea town is just a 10 minute walk and the beaches are clean , the sea akin to the Caribbean ! Thank you Villa Paola and every single member of staff who works there to make it such a special place to visit . We look forward to returning !

There was nothing that we didn’t like .

L’hôtel est magnifique, le cadre est superbe et le restaurant gastronomique est impeccable, tant dans le service que dans la qualité.

Cependant, plusieurs points ont nettement terni notre expérience : • Le matin du départ, à 6h30, personne à la réception pour notre check-out (malgré un taxi réservé par l’hôtel à 6h50). Aucun appel ou message WhatsApp n’a obtenu de réponse ; nous avons dû aller chercher de l’aide directement en cuisine, et l’employé est arrivé seulement à 6h45. Aucun service bagages : nous avons dû porter nous-mêmes nos valises par les escaliers. • La demande d’un petit-déjeuner à emporter (puisque nous partions avant l’ouverture du service à 7h30) n’a pas été transmise, et nous sommes donc partis le ventre vide. • La pression d’eau dans la douche de la chambre 203 était faible. • Au bistrot, le poisson du lundi soir était trop peu cuit, et le plateau de fromages facturé 23 € se composait seulement de huit fines tranches sans accompagnements (miel, fruits secs, etc.), ce qui semble excessif. • Matelas à améliorer pour plus de confort.

We have been to Tropea many times and this resort is one of the best . Highly recommend it

Absolutely beautiful and serene. It was clean and staff was so helpful. Breakfast was amazing as was the pool.
