"On the borderline of acceptable but not great"

Great location. The staff are really nice and friendly.

Smell of drains in the room when we arrived. Not remedied until lunchtime the next day. The beds are very firm. The safe is in the base of the bed and not easy to access for oldies.

"Uitstekend u"

Uitstekend hotel op een prima locatie in Newcastle. Slechts een paar minuten lopen van het Central Station. Zeer vriendelijke staf, schoon en een uitstekend ontbijt.

We kregen een kamer toegewezen die bestemd voor mensen met een beperking, rolstoel toegankelijk etc. Dus groot en ruim, maar onder andere de badkamer faciliteiten waren erg laag gemonteerd. Voor een nacht prima, voor meerdere nachten zou ik een andere kamer vragen.
