Got an upgrade of a larger room on the top floor with windows all around and wonderful views. Staff were exceptionally efficient , helpful and friendly with free breafast and a glass of wine. I have to add it was my birthday and lovely to be spoiled.

"Nice hotel, in ideal location for city & railway station"

Unfortunately the A/C wasn't working. I reported it to reception, but when I retired for the evening at 1am the fault hadn't been rectified. On my departure, I highlighted the issue that hadn't been resolved,to Emily. She was very apologetic & offered us a resolution to compensate us which gratefully accepted
