I nearly always choose this hotel when visiting Newcastle. It's very convenient, quite and well-located. They do a breakfast deal (which I didn't have this time) which is good value Staff are always welcoming

The only thing i can think of is tht i Couldn't get apps on smart tv ? A mess on trying to connect to Internet. It would be a bonus if they supplied a fridge apart from that spot on.
