Achei muita falta de consideração com os hospedes porque o café da manha e das 07:00 as 10:00 horas, e você chegar 09:00 horas pra tomar café e não ter mais nada pra comer que acabou tudo.

O quarto deixa a desejar, cama ruim, travesseiro péssimo, porta do box quebrada molhando tudo, O hotel dispõe de ar condicionado nos corredores, porém deixa a desejar no cuidado com o quarto.

O hotel atende minhas necessidades e expectativas, pois está bem localizado no centro de Palmas, possui um bom atendimento na recepção e os quartos, em minha opinião, são limpos, confortáveis e com um tamanho suficiente.

Tive uma péssima experiência durante minha estadia, o hotel é extremamente barulhento, acordei várias vezes na madruga, barulho de porta batendo (mas não há como fechar a porta sem fazer barulho) e na madrugada barulho de cozinha (mesmo estando no 1ºº andar). Devido não ter conseguido descansar bem, eu não me hospedaria novamente
