Please note, one child 5 years old and younger per one adult may stay in guest rooms for free. Please contact the property directly for details. Please be informed that children aged 5 and below cannot be accommodated in the following room types: - Maisonette with Garden View - Non-Smoking - Maisonette with Sea View - Non-Smoking Please note that children must be 7 years of age and older to eat at the on-site restaurant Fanuan and Ryutan. Please note that there is a dress code for dinner at the on-site restaurant Fanuan. All guests are requested to dress smart casual, and men are required to wear sleeved shirts and long trousers. Attires mentioned below may not be permitted: - Gym clothes, shorts, and camouflage-style clothing - Flip-flops and room slippers - Traditional clothing (Yukata, Jimbei, etc.) Please Conceal Your Tattoos At all Terrace Hotel properties, tattoos of any kind may not be shown when on hotel premises. Within the lobby, restaurants, and other public spaces, please wear attire that fully conceals them. Likewise, rash guards or other appropriate swimwear are required at our pools and on the beach. Please note that the indoor swimming pool is open from 9:00 until 21:00 daily. - Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. Outdoor Pool is closed from Tuesday, 01 Dec 2026, until Wednesday, 31 Mar 2027 - Maintenance work of the outdoor pool will be carried out from 12/02/27 to 16/02/27 and from 08/03/27 to 12/03/27. Guests may experience some noise. Please note that cleaning maintenance work of the Indoor Pool and Spa & Sauna will be carried out from 17/05/2027 to 22/05/2027. Please note that the Indoor Pool and Spa & Sauna may close at any time between 17/05/2027 to 22/05/2027.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.
