Genel olarak mukemmeldi aliye hanimin samimiyeti ve personelin saygili olusu harikaydi

Otelin konumu haricinde hiç bişey iyi değil.2 gün konaklamada odada havlu yok ,kahvaltı yetersiz,bar desene cin vodka bira dışında içki yok ,herhangi bi kokteyl yok ,biranın yanına çerez dahi yok ,personel sanki düşmanıymışız gibi davranıyolar özellikle yerli turiste yani anlıyacağınız konumu çok iyi onun dışında yetersiz bi hotel

The gentleman at the check in didn’t know where the room was. It was supposed to be an all inclusive but there wax no food after 9 pm and we checked in after 9 pm. The bar was closed at 11 so we didn’t get to enjoy a drink either. Breakfast was buffet was very poor and flies were all around the food. It was extremely loud everywhere including the room. Total disaster.

Badkamer is een ramp. Douche te klein en overal schimmel. Compleet uitgewoond en gedateerd. Omgeving lijkt wel een achterstand wijk.

Fantastic staffs not 5star, but for the price was better than expected the pool area was great. The food was ok but sometimes a little cold due to being buffet style. Good choice for relaxing..the rooms were well decorated and clean .The pools were clean and comfortable to relax on The hotel was very nice staff were helpfull and perfect fitness center its so central hotel and close to the beach

otele giriş yaptığımız andan itibaren saolsunlar güler yüzle karşılandık ..sezon daha başlamadığı için etraf biraz boştu , otel olarak değerlendirirsem odaların temizliği olsun etrafın temizliği olsun tam puan verdim diyebilirim , odalar yeni dekore edilmiş ve düzenliydi , kahvaltı ve yemeğini beyendim ,çok kısa konaklamama rağmen tatil keyfinde kaldım bodrumun merkezine çok yakın gümbetin tam merkezinde tekrar konaklamak isteyeceğimiz bi tesis

It was a great experience to stay in Gumbet Bodrum Vela Hotel . Hotel Vela Perfect place for young guys just in the heart of entertainment . Very friendly and helpful staff . Perfect breakfast .

otele akşam giriş yapmamıza rağmen oda hazır değildi,aceleyle farklı(eski,depo yada personel) odaya paspas yaptırılıp oraya alındık,tahminim parası önceden ödenmiş odamızı geç gelince başkasına kiralandı,..tuv kağıdı yoktu,arayıp söyleyemedim tel bile çalışmıyodu,....

I really didn't like anything at this property. Room was dirty and smelled bad. Bathroom outdated, food was awful. I wouldn't stay at this property if it was free.
