KAMENOI HOTEL Kusatsu Resort

The resort was unexpectedly a great stay in Kusatsu. The rooms were spacious, the onsen baths were relaxing (indoor and outdoor), the sauna in the women's spa was good (the men's was out of order), and generally the services were excellent. It has so many features for everyone-- comic book room, gaming arcade for kids, souvenir shop, top floor restaurant, etc. We opted for a Japanese style room and the tatami beds were comfortable. At night if you were hungry/ peckish, you could get noodles at the restaurant (starting at 9:30pm). We only opted for breakfast buffet on the last day since we thought it was pricey (1,900 JPY/pp), but it ended up being well worth it. We regret not having gone every day of our stay since there aren't that many breakfast options in town. The resort is affiliated with two sister venues (Kamenoi Hotel and Kusatsu Onsen Daitokan), which are closer to the Yubatake downtown. You can get passes to go to those hot springs/ onsen and there's a shuttle bus that goes to Daitokan and back. We also took it to the bus station. Check to see whether there are shuttles from the bus station to the resort because it's uphill and further away.

The location was confusing. There is the Kamenoi Hotel (north in the town) and the Kamenoi Onsen Resort (south). We had a bit of luggage so we took a cash-only taxi to the hotel, only to be told to go to the correct hotel. Double check your reservation!! The hotel called us a taxi but we had to then pay double the price of the original taxi to go to the correct hotel. If you have bad knees/ can't walk, you will definitely need to call a cab to get to the hotel because it is on a hill.

온천은 깨끗했습니다.

2명 조석 포함 2박에 81240엔을 지불했는데 이 정동도의 가치가 있을까? 다시 한번 생각해야함. 만약 이용한다면 석식 부페는 피하는것이 좋음.메뉴가 바뀌지 않음.

広くて快適だった。綺麗だった。スタッフさんも丁寧で優しかった。

シャトルバスは出ているが、市街地までの距離がある。施設周辺にあまり食事処やコンビニがない。

晩御飯のバイキングと、朝食のバイキングは　珍しい種類が豊富で、選ぶにも時間がかかるほどの楽しみと美味しさがありました！

冷蔵庫のドアが誰かの手の汚れがベッタリと付いてました… 　トイレのレバー付近も汚れていて気持ち悪かった…

湯畑までの送迎(提携ホテルの温泉) してくれる 温泉がとても良い♨️

提携ホテルの温泉に入れるが 大東館はかなり古い もうひとつのホテルには送迎が無いのが残念 ホテルのお風呂も時間帯で男女入れ替えがあったらどうか？ 読書ルームがあったが要らない様な感じ 夕食バイキングの飲み物はオ―ルインクル―シブルで 全て飲み放題で良いと思います

温泉が宿泊ホテルのみではなかったところがよかった

食事の味がいまいちであまり食べられなかった しかしデザートは満足でした 宿泊ホテルの大浴場が階段で行かないと行けなかったのはちょっと 足が悪いのでちょっと大変だった ホームページに載せておいてほしかった
