The staff is tremenous. This is our third trip to the property and it has outstanding personnel. Yudy the waitress in El Buho is the best, the waiter on the 16th floor Inajel is great and the room service snd housekeeping is 1st class. We stayed in Del Mar. With the coronavirus we were limited in facilty use, but the pool and food was great. Latam cut our trip short with flight cancellation, and the gym and sauna were closed as well. We hope to return in the future and hope management will provide compensation for us having to leave 4 days early. This resort is 5 star.

The place is beautiful, service is excellent, the location couldn’t be better. Every employee make us feel like home. The apartment has everything and more than you need. The beach is calm and has all the comfort requires, the have many recreational activities for the whole family
We were completely blown away when we entered our room on the 14th floor...it turned out to be a two bedroomed very stylish fully serviced apartment... if you ever get the chance put this in your bucket list

Writing a good review is not enough to explain how awesome this place is. We got an ocean view room on the 8th floor. Spacious with a balcony, fully equipped kitechen, nice clean bathroom, and super comfy king size bed. The hotel is located in Belo Horizonte, a town in between the airport and Santa Marta, in a resort complex that includes other hotels. As a guest, you have access to the gym, the pools, and amazing restaurants of all the hotels in the complex. I recommend including breakfast with your stay. The buffet is great. Colombian food, comfort food, fruit, juice, and of course good Colombian coffee. Also dinner at Piso 12 at Irotama del Mar is great during sunset. Get the grilled fish, you won’t regret it. Irotama Reservado is close to a shopping center called Zazue, where you can buy supplies. Spend your time at the beach. The calm warm waters and charcoal color sand in front of amazing mountains make this place beyond magical. They also offer tours to Tayrona natural reserve beaches. if no tours are available to purchase at the hotel, take a bus (cheaper at 1,800 COP) or taxi (20,000 COP) to Santa Marta. Go to calle primera and take a walk along the pier you can find people offering tours. Enjoy
