Fantastic location and views and wonderful staff!

Excellent staff, especially Mayra who went above and beyond expectations, scheduling taxis, entertainment and overall enhancing our experience. Location and rooms were beautiful. Delicious included breakfast served to our patio!! We don't know what could be better. We will be sure to include the Porto Fita Suites in our next trip to Santorini.

Simply fantastic! We really had a super great vacation despite the bad weather! The hotel was amasingly situated with fantastic views (just look at the photo) towards the volcano and near some great places in Thira! Restaurants, museums, the taxi and bus stations were a few minutes walk away. Excellently maintained both internally and externally. Super clean rooms and verantas/terraces with external pool. Water was heated as promised and were fast to clean and maintain pools after a storm! Breakfast was super with many choices (some not in the menu so feel free to ask the staff). Both staff (Mayra and Natassa) were super helpful! They took care of things from the very begining. They helped with everything from the luggages to the restaurants and the excursions! Nothing more to ask really!

I liked the steps from Thira down to the hotel but might less easy for elderly people. Not undoable though! There is a longer route that is more accessible.

Really pretty and amazing views from every angle. The staff were amazing! Made me feel very welcomed and safe which was really important as a solo traveller. The location was also great and as the main walking path is behind, rooms have more privacy
