Please note that guests must climb 86 stairs in order to reach the property. There is no elevator at the property. The property is spread vertically on the Caldera Cliffs and the Hotel's Swimming pool is located on the lowest level, overlooking the Aegean Sea and the Volcano!" "Beautiful resort-get the hot tub room!"

The location was perfect, the staff was so helpful

Our shower and toilet would not drain and we had no access to use the toilet or shower for 16 hours and we ended up leaving after the 16 hours to go to town to use the restroom.

The view and service was great. The breakfast was very tasty.

Smaller room than expected however overall clean and cozy. Be prepared to walk steps which can get tiring at times

The rooms were amazing (suite 19) . Staff, views , service were epic. It is located in a busy part of Fira but perfect to visit all the restaurants and shops.

"The view, the breakfasts, the staff all amazing"

The breakfasts were to die for absolutely delicious , brought to your balcony so are enjoyed with the best views ever. Comfy beds and staff that were friendly and helpful.

Steps are the price to pay when staying at this lovely hotel. Be mindful there are a lot of steps in the property as well as getting up to the main area of Fira, although the porters are amazing and carried our cases to and from the main road to the hotel.

"Fabulous stay thank you!"

Clean. Great bed. Fabulous sunset. Bigger than it looks online so nice surprise. Great view. Close to everything. Do need to be aware that there is a few steps to go up and down. So if you have mobility issues may not be for you.

Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. But a bit pushy on things to do. So do your homework before you book things. Prices do vary.
