"Fix the barking dog problems and you'll get a better review."

Homewood Suites would be a great place for my wife and I to stay, except for what I have to say in the "What didn't you like?" section.

Having to put up with barking dogs! I don't know what Homewood Suites policies are regarding guests that bring pets, but allowing them to bark at all hours of the day and night makes one's stay horrible!

Room was quite large and comfortable and had extra comfortable chairs. Mattress was extremely good. I think they had just put in new matresses. Wed night dinner was an unexpected and good surprise! Breakfast was decent. Dining area roomy. Good location- We visited Moravian Tileworks and Fonthill Castle- awesome location for visiting these two unique places that are amusing see. Also not far from Peddlers Village. Kitchenette was large- although we did not cook-had everything including pots and pans utensils, plates, cups, bowls, coffee maker and full size fridge, dining table, extra chairs. Walking distance to a nearby restaurant/steak house which was good. Would definately stay here again.

There are limited parking spots due to storage containers in the lot. If you go out after 6 when you get back you won't find a spot. People were creating spots in side lane areas and we had to do the same. It was inconvenient to get back to the hotel and have no parking options.

Did not seem staffed enough for the events. There were 4 weddings in the area and they had two people on staff. There we’re problems with our room which we’re not addressed because there were not enough staff.
