Friendly helpful staff, comfortable bed and good shower. Also a good location.

Breakfast was poor, given two undercooked eggs with bread no butter, we don’t eat meat so thought we could have fruit etc but all of the trays were empty with no attempt to refill on both mornings, only hot drink was coffee, very bad attempt at breakfast.

I didn't like anything

very bad, the room was clean but the treatment was very bad. I checked in and the room's air conditioner was broken, the phone went down to the reception but no one answered, so the room was like a boiler, the air conditioner was not cold, when I went down I couldn't see the receptionist anywhere, in the morning I went down to check out and the male receptionist said it was my fault because I didn't go down to tell them to change the room, but I said I went down but no one saw me, no one answered the phone, the receptionist said the phone was broken. I was very angry so I said it was broken, how did you know if you didn't say anything, the air conditioner was broken and you blamed it on the customer for not reporting it to change the room, but when I went down there was no one, while now you blame it on the customer, is that the right way to handle it? I was angry and sat down on the chair, then a moment later he said he will report it to the manager and apologized to me , DO NOT COME to this place because it's very bad, the price is high, you guys should fix it, checked the problem again, not blamed the customer. poor quality. Male reception is bad . Really bad

Good location, in the centre close to the market, river and pier. Renovated hotel and room with new furniture. Clean and spacious bathroom. Good, comfortable hard bed. Staff is friendly and helped us with cheap local transportation to Saigon which was hard to find online.

Avoid rooms at the balcony/facing the street because the noise of the city waking up between 06.30-07.30 is deafening. Some water dripping from the airco from time to time.

Double room has good space, but no chair at all .
