"Loved our stay despite front desk"

We have stayed here multiple times always a great stay !

The front desk person was rude . She kept telling my husband the room wasn’t ready an hour and half after check in so we asked to sit in the lobby she then was rude to our teenagers who were just checking out the outdoor pool .

"Ok to stay while traveling for a night, not something for a vacation stay over 3+ nights."

Breakfast was not very good. Coffee was actually horrible. The waffle maker and pre-made pastries were decent. Eggs, bacon, sausage, and fruits were all poor quality.

Hot tub was broken for the entire stay, pillows were super flat no matter how many you stacked. Mattresses were very firm, no ceiling fan in the bathroom, the balcony lights were very bright and could not be turned off.

"Perfect for what we needed and where we needed to go."

Breakfast was very good! Morning staff that does the breakfast are amazing and friendly. Front desk was a little dry but did have a good smile on at all times! Everything was very clean and pool was perfect with the hot tub!

Our room was about 2 doors down from the elevator and on the same side so every time someone was on it we would hear it. The first night is was really hard to sleep because it was up and down all night long.
