Had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Clarion Bella Casa, Jaipur. The rooms were neat, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing environment after a long day. The overall hospitality and service standards were commendable. The food was also very good, with a nice variety and taste that made dining enjoyable throughout the stay. A special mention for Priyanka, the attendant in the cafeteria—she was extremely attentive, courteous, and ensured that all guests were well taken care of. Her warm and professional approach truly enhanced the dining experience. Overall, a wonderful stay with great service and good food. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jaipur.

Good and hospitality awesome arrangement

Staff were fairly polite.

The room we had booked was not availible. We were not told this at check in and were instead asked if we wanted a smoking room or not. Since I smoke and had booked the room because it had a balcony, I said I would like a smoking room. After some delay, we were shown to a room. We soon discovered that the room was inferior to the one we had booked, and further more the balcony was covered in fresh pigeon pooh. We asked what was going on. At this point, the staff said the room we had booked had a problem with the WC and so could not be used and all of the other equivalent rooms were occupied. They did offer us a free dinner but it didn't really compensate for the less desirable (and rather grubby) room. At this point we felt we had been decieved and decided to leave and find another hotel. The staff then began to beseech us to look at alternative rooms, but as far as we were concerned the damage had been done.
