"Exceptional"

Breakfast was open 6-10 which was great for my bike ride early in AM. Room on third floor was super quiet and clean. Very easy location to get to strip. Only 20 minutes. I stayed here to attend Miranda Lambert concert. Pro-tip leave even earlier to find parking

"NICE ROOM. NICE STAY FOR THE NIGHT."

POOL WAS NICE. STAFF WAS GREAT. A LITTLE OVERPRICED BUT QUIET AND CLOSE TO GOOD FOOD

POOL WAS A LITTLE DIRTY BUT NOT TERRIBLE. WE JUST CLEANED THE TOP. BREAKFAST WAS A LITTLE SKIMPY FOR THE PRICE.

"Excellent"

We always enjoy staying at Springhill Suites and N Las Vegas did not disappoint! We do miss the expanded breakfast buffets pre-COVID, but we appreciated the frozen breakfast sandwiches and the microwave.

"Getting Shabby"

First or all, the employees were great. Very friendly and receptive. But that is about it for the good points. Every surface in my room was stained or marred. The toilet was broken when I checked in (note- response by staff was quick and efficient). The thermostat will only go as low as 70 so if you like to sleep in a cooler room, you'll have to hack it. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. Overall cleanliness wasn't great but I'm finding that in a lot of hotels these days. The fitness center was really sad. Very small room with limited equipment that wasn't in good shape. There was bad music pumped in that you couldn't turn down or off. The worst part was the temperature in the room. During the day it got up to 80 degrees. I was there for 2 days and they could never fix it. I suspect the owner didn't want to. This place needs an update!
