"Se nota el cambio de operador pero para mal , bajaron demasiado el estándar"

El desayuno aunque ya no estaba como toda la vida en el mismo lugar donde ofrecían mucha variedad y espacio fue bueno en general . El Personal si es muy amable y servicial.

La desinformación de la recepción . Desde el cambio de operador del hotel bajaron la calidad en todo, las sillas de la playa absolutamente sucias todos le tiempo . Cuando hay convención que es todo el tiempo quitan asientos y sombrillas de la piscina seguramente para eventos y no las vuelven a poner , y eso no está bien porque el huésped tiene derecho a estar en la piscina cómodamente

El hotel es muy bonito y la zona del piso 3 muy moderna.

Tiene detalles que no lo hacen 5 estrellas, por ejemplo no hay gel de manos o de ducha, o el roomservice es muy malo. Los restaurantes dentro del complejo son regulares...
