A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. River house bookings will require a £300.00 deposit at time of booking and will be returned 3 days after check out. All damages caused to the property will be deducted from the deposit.

The homely feeling

The cars at night. Speeding up and down the street till about 2am. Was a cold night and was sure how to get the heating on.

We stayed in apartment seven. Location is great but the apartment was dusty in areas, several light bulbs were blown and the front door was drafty and had a crack in it. There was a radiator on the one wall that had a panel falling off that didn’t seem safe for kids. Windows opening wide also a hazard for younger children. Maintenance seems to be an issue and I would not stay here again.

"Extremely disappointing, tired and noisy accommodation."

The location and parking convenience to be able to easily transfer out children asleep from the car to the beds.

- All the floors were creaking and very tired. - You could hear everything from the room above, including their creaky floorboards. - The shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold which made it impossible to to shower with our 3 year old. - The apartment is tired and looked nothing like the photos we had seen. For £330 for the night we were extremely disappointed.
