O estacionamento me cobrou 20 reais para entrada do carro porque cheguei um pouco antes do horario do checkin do hotel, alem da diaria normal, alegando que estava chegando antes do horario, Notadamente uma manobra para receberem 20 reais alem da diaria. Relatei na recepçao que isso ocorreu, e fui orientado que nao procedia. Ao recusar este pagamento ao funcionario do estacionamento passei a ser agredido verbalmente. Portanto se chegar antes , cuidado com esta manobra de cobrança do estacionamento.

Já fiquei no Gran Villagio ano passado e gosto muito do tamanho dos quartos e da localização. O café da manhã tem muitas opções.

O hotel estava bem cheio e isso gerou alguns problemas. O café da manhã não estava dando conta, então sempre acabavam os talheres e os pratos e demoravam a repor. Um dos elevadores também acabou quebrando, então era bem mais rápido usar as escadas.
