Tres bon accueil. Excellente cuisine.

Staff super bem formado e atencioso. Acompanham os clientes com atenção e cuidado. Fomos super bem tratados e de forma muito acolhedora e quase familiar. Os espaço está muito limpo e super confortável. A comida no restaurante é extraordinária.

Só tivemos dificuldade com o ar condicionado, mas acabamos por não pedir apoio. Desligamos e a verdade é que se esteve muito bem e sem necessidade de ajustar a temperatura.

If you're driving to Chaves, this hotel's location is perfect. They offer private parking with direct access to the building, a very good on-site restaurant, and a wonderfully pleasant breakfast experience. During breakfast, the owners personally explained how the service works and what we could order-such a nice touch. Both check-in and check-out were smooth and frictionless. As for the room: the bed was incredibly comfortable, giving us a great night's rest, bathroom was very clean; the AC worked perfectly; and even though the room was relatively small, every detail felt well thought out. Oh, and the owners gave us a bottle of wine from their own brand. I'm not a big drinker, but it was such a generous gesture. I truly love seeing people who are so passionate about hospitality, especially in 2026

I would prefer to have soaps, shampoo in bottles, instead of the single dose options, as this creates a lot of unnecessary waste. I know the tap water is good, but it would be nice to have a water machine in the corredor where you can refill your bottle or glass. Would've love to have a proper smart tv, it's always a nice touch, there's currently systems that allow "dumb" TVs to have smart TV features with a little box. The room was clean, but it looks a bit "tired", we can see that things already had some use, and from the photos, it's the same furniture and setup since the inauguration of the hotel, it's still good, but I hope a renovation is in the works.
