"Отвратительней отель еще поискать."

В здании нет лифта, поэтому готовьтесь поднимать весь свой багаж по лестнице сами. У нас был номер на 5 этаже, и молодой человек с ресепшена, которого мы (2 девушки) попросили помочь нам с чемоданом заявил, что услуга это платная, 500р. этаж. Номер был ужасным. Ни ламп на прикроватных столиках, свет в номере можно было выключить только при входе (а на полу - старый и холодный ламинат, из кровати вставать не особо-то приятно). Кровати коротенькие, всю ночь мы ворочались поджав ноги. На утро мы проснулись от ужасной духоты в номере. Душевая кабина была ужасно грязная, вся в ржавчине и налете. Замки во входной двери не закрывались, внутри номера также замки не работали. На завтрак, не спрашивая о нашем желании, нам были выданы горячие бутерброды с сыром и ветчиной на белом хлебеи черствая упакованная выпечка. Больше ничего на выбор на завтраке (кроме чая и кофе) отель не предложил. В общем и целом впечатление от отеля осталось отвратительное.

"Хороший маленький отель"

Спасибо за обслуживание, приятный и отзывчивый администратор был в день нашего пребывания в отеле. Все нормально. Единственная проблема была с парковкой автомобиля.

"Нормальный отель"

Вполне комфортабельный отель, рядом с Московским вокзалом. Некоторые номера имеет окна, выходящие на улицу с трамваем, иногда бывает шумно.
