"Location it has, but in need of updates"

Location is great for this hotel, and great pool area, but rooms are showing wear. The bed was very comfortable and liked the small seating area. I found it overpriced compared to other hotels in the area, but it is licensed. In need of updating but is in a great location. May have been a 4 star at one time, but felt more like a 3 star.

"Hotel was nothing like I expected."

Internet didn't work and after being told that I would be charged to cancel I still got charged the cancellation fee.
