L’accueil et les références de restaurants. Situé près de la gare de train La Spezia Central, à peine 5 minutes à pied. Également près du secteur piétonnier de la ville et à environ 20 minutes de marche du port. Bien que la gare soit tout près on entend pas les trains. Chambre propre et confortable plancher céramique.

La douche est très, très, petite.

We have spent one night at Lunamar in the early days of April. I really liked the approach of our host, Luca. He is very friendly and provided us with useful hints for our stay. We were travelling by train so it was very convenient that the accommodation is located near the train station. The small fridge in the room was nice to have, we had absolutely no issue with the cleaning. Our room was facing the backyard so there was no loud noise, however do not expect internal sound insulation in a room that is part of an apartment. During our stay the other guests were having respect to the others so we had no real issue with noise coming from other rooms either. Location, friendly host, cleanliness, simplicity, and a few steps ++ :)

We had no reason for complaining, I would recommend the room.

Excelente ubicación, cerca del tren y del centro de la ciudad, el recepcionista Lucas maravilloso, en 10 minutos nos organizo todo el tour en cinque terre, realmente muy agradecido por la información.

La habitación no era como las fotos, pero no estaba mal.
