Buena atención, buena ubicación a 2 cuadras y media de la playa, hay buen comercio todo lo que necesite está a la mano, es una zona muy segura puedes andar tarde de la noche y no hay problema

Excelente Ubicación

Viaje hasta Cartagena por un congreso de psicología, llegué el día antes del evento. Hice mi reservación por un precio para debitar de mi tarjeta, no se hicieron el cobro sino que al llegar al hotel cobraron en efectivo y mucho mas de lo acordado. La habitación estaba sucia, no funcionaba el aire, no tenía espejo, la habitación olía a humedad, el baño extremadamente incómodo y sin ventilación. Se me informó que el hotel estaba en remodelacion pero yo no vi obreros en ningún lado, pienso que esa información es solo para justificar el mal servicio. Mis pensamientos eran regresar por 2 noches más pero con las condiciones tan malas de mi habitación no volvería jamás! Después del evento reservé en otro hotel casi a la mitad del precio que pagué en Veleros y ese si me incluía: aire, espejo, agua potable, jabón de mano, shampoo y rinse, jabón para el cuerpo, toallas de mano, tollas de piscina, secador de pelo, plancha, sábanas extras, café, té, azúcar, TV, WiFi, También con acceso a gimnasio, spa, baño turco, jacuzzi y piscina sin costo adicional.

La ubicación fue estupenda , tambien teniamos la playa a la vuelta del hotel, locales de comidas cerca, souvenirs ,entre otras cosas. Los empleados fueron muy amables todo el tiempo, la limpieza en el hotel estuvo estupenda, sin contar que nos guardaron nuestras pertenencias mientras nosotros volviamos de algunos tours que hicimos en la ciudad.

Creo que es momento de cambiar de camas, aunque estuvieron comodas la verdad es que al voltearnos sonama mucho la cama, es necesario para que el hotel se lleve mejor puntaje.
