Very nice and quiet, quaint, great place to get away for a weekend.

Quaint beautiful Victoria home clean and friendly it’s a negative must be mentioned it is extremely minor and that would be how the cars park In the front.

We had a wonderful time. Beckie is caring and very accommodating. We would definitely go back.

I stayed here with a friend as a short notice trip to visit family in Pismo. The price was right and it was a nice surprise at arrival. The staff contacted me prior to let me know of a wedding on the property and how that might affect access to my room but for us it was not inconvenient since we would be out of the room. We arrived very late at night the staff helped us with baggage. She was very helpful. We stayed in the cottage which when I booked I didn’t notice that that room didn’t have a bathroom so I was a little disappointed to know I had to walk outside to house for a bathroom. However the walk was minimal and it was a private bathroom for my room only and it was right at the back of the main house. It was clean and all in all not that inconvenient. I think I might walk the same distance inside my home as I did to this separated bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic and the house was lovely. I only felt it was in a kinda sketchy area but like I said, I was not trying to hang out I that area. I will be back to this little gem, the price is right and the service and accommodations are unique and welcoming.

The house and grounds are quaint and charming. The bathroom is detached from the room, but there isn’t anything that could be changed about that as the house was designed well over a century ago. Breakfast was disappointing as the bagels were stale. However, Beki did offer a hot breakfast, which I had passed on before knowing the condition of the bagels. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay and was a good value for a Victorian B&B.

A unique, family-owned little b n b. Beautiful Victorian house and grounds run by a wonderful, very accomodating staff. Beki is marvelous!

Should be closed down and remodeled and not be listed through Expedia as a Bed and Breakfast. I would like a refund!!

Lovely gardens and off the beaten path a bit. Lovely roses and jasmine.
