excellent staff , comfortable stay , front rooms are more nicer

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Private for one Night. We checked into a very beat up room. The Bathroom leaked water when flushed, the bed was full of hair left from last guest. We called front desk and they did change the room quickly. The second room was OK, but the bed also had hair all over. Seems like they did not change the bed sheet, they changed it immediately The Next day , an Hotel Employee Barges in our room without knocking and my wife was changing her clothes.Very Scary situation, we called the Front Desk Manager right away, every house-keeping boy denies this happened. Manager came up to our room and did Apologize. Hotel.com, please remove this Hotel from your List. Please do not stay here, there are lots of good hotels in Delhi.

The most cordial staff I've ever encountered. Breakfast was served even when I was late by an hour. Beautiful room and great amenities. Very nice location as the famous M Block market is just 10 steps away. All in all a great place for a holiday.

Services need serious improvement. & Food was exceptionally poor. Breakfast had to variety at all. But then, you have an M Block market just next to it.. so why eat inside? Was good value for money otherwise.

Hotel room was not available untill after midnight and the service they offered was poor. The person in charge did not offer a refund for the room that was not available until after midnight and the other room was unclean with hair in the bed sheets. I would definitely not recommend this hotel and I would go as far to say avoid at all costs. They lied as to why the room was Unavailable. They said there was a pipe leak and later we found that the hotel room was being used by someone else and they had to remove all the stuff and do a room clean to then give the room key over after midnight. We were not happy as we had an early flight in the morning. They did not even refund and money and the person in charge was useless. This was the worst service I have ever experienced.

overall stay was very comfortable, staff was very co-operative, break fast was wonderful and food quality was good. The only pinching thing regarding food was its price, it was very high comparing with the similar segment of hotels. Moreover they were not providing normal ro water also in the room and the menu cost per bottle was very high. If any one can manage these, then I would definitely suggest to say in this hotel. I would always prefer to stay there whenever I happen to visit Delhi. Thanks and due regards

Room are clean, quality are great, in perfect location, next to M Block Market, many restaurant options to choose, walking distance to many landmark, or by tuktuk for very cheap price. I would recommend this place to my friend and stay here again.

This is a great hotel. The staff is just awsome. There are few drawbacks, but for the most part these can be easily ignored. The hotel is right across GK1 market. The world class chains like Starbucks are Subway are also very near.

The biggest positive at this hotel is the people. They are always very helpful and polite. The location is excellent. Both Subway and Starbucks are walking distance. Don't get puff off by the name.
