Antique Apartments Old Town

Vanvittigt god beliggenhed i hjertet af Old Town, god værdi for pengene. Personalet var meget hjælpsomme. Receptionen var døgnåben, og indtjekningen var fleksibel.

Receptionen ligger ikke samme sted som lejligheden. Der var ikke rengjort ordentligt oven på skabene i lejligheden.

It was spacious, it was located close to the old town.

It was located away from the property address provided which is just the reception. There was ants in the bedroom and bathroom. The flooring was loose and noisy. There wasn’t enough comfortable seating in the living room for everyone, had to use hard dining chairs. The bathroom door didn’t close. Noise is a huge issue! There’s is a club directly below that is open till 1am and 4am on a weekend. Expect loud music that vibrates through the room. Staff were unhelpful with regards to this noise and the manager was rude. No where are you told that a bar is below the apartment and your basically told ‘it’s krakow there’s noise’.

Almost everything. The room was neat and equipped with all the needed home appliances. And a very big thank you to the very helpful staff, who have quickly resolved our issue with the electric charger stuck in the socket.

The noise coming from outside to the very midnight. It was the only drawback of the hotel's such a good location in the old town.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra wszędzie blisko. Było po prostu super!!!
