Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. The onsen was also very well kept.

お部屋のエアコンに加湿機能がついていたこと。 とても清潔であったこと。 朝ごはんが美味しかったこと。 ロビーの雰囲気が素敵でした。 女性のお風呂の入り口がカードで開けるようになっており、ホテルの防犯意識の高さを感じました。

飲料の自販機が現金のみでした。できればタッチ決済のできるものがあればよかったと思います。 浴衣替わりの部屋着にサイズ展開があるとよかったです。私が気付かなかったのかもしれませんが…。

"A quiet hotel but everywhere is within walking distance. Feel Very relax"

The best part is the shuttle service that the hotel offers, even when I texted 2 hours before the scheduled pick up time to reserve. The staff were helpful in making recommendations for dinner and even made reservations for us. The location was excellent as the important amenities like Matsumoto station, Aeon mall, walking streets are within walking distance.

"期待していたのですが、設備に難あり"

ロビー、1階の雰囲気、フロントの対応は良かったです

ホテルの都合でしょうがないでしょうが、チェックインして10分程で、寝具の用意に部屋に来て、寛ぐ間もなかったです 外人向けかと思いますが、スリッパが畳で出来ていて、サイズも大きく年配者には転倒の不安がありました
