ILThe staff are super friendly. Great stay by the lake.
NOThis hotel is a traditional Japanese Hotel, the highpoint was the dinner at the Hotel, this was excellent and the only highpoint of our stay.
Hotel is old and not in good repair, it is decently clean but nowhere near the standard set by other hotels during our stay. The booking site is missing information vital for the stay and use of the facilities we were met with additional charges and information that we were not allowed to use the onsen facilities due to rules not included on the booking.com site. For families with young chlidren my advise is to stay away from this hotel.
