Friendly staff, nice discounts for dinner/breakfast and free happy hour plus airport shuttle

Our room carpet was stained, the room air conditioning didn’t work and some of the wallpaper was peeling badly.

"Würden wir jeder Zeit wieder buchen."

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Uns wurde sogar ein kostenloser Shuttlebus angeboten, obwohl der Flughafen ca 2min fussläufig erreichbar ist. Sind aber auch zu Fuß gegangen. Bis 22 Uhr gab es Getränke und Snacks kostenlos an der Hotelbar unten. Des Weiteren konnte man sich unten mit einmal Rasiere, Zahnbürste und alles was man benötigt eindecken.

Great location. Right across the street from the Peace Park. Lovely view from the room. Fabulous Breakfast with many options and delicious. Friendly staff. We stored our luggage upon check out so we could explore more of Hiroshima.

We have no negative feedback. This was a very nice place to stay.

各部署のスタッフの皆さんがそれぞれにとても丁寧で気持ちの良いサービスを提供してくださいました。

ホテル側の問題ではないのですが、朝食会場で遭遇した外国からのお客様の文化の違いにちょっと残念に思う場面がありました。 団体でお越しになる場合、日本語が通じない、もしくは日本のルールに従えない方々は旅行会社の方がしっかりサポートすべきと思いました。 そんな状況下でもホテリエの皆さんは出来る限りの対応をされていて頭が下がる思いでした。

"体力、気力とも復活できた旅でした"

ウェルカムドリンクのサービスはとても良かったです。1週間滞在しましたが毎日利用させていただきました。朝食もボリウムがあって疲れた体が徐々に復活してきてるのがわかりました

アメニティを必要分だけ自由にいただけるのは良かったです。歯ブラシの歯磨き粉がすくなく沢山歯ブラシを使用してしまいました。以前紙パッケージに歯磨き粉があったような気がしますあれはエコでよかったです
