Hotel Orsa Maggiore

You can consider this hotel as your home. I never had such an experience in other hotel. The rooms are super spacious and clean with a garden and sea view and the staffs are so polite and helpful and well experienced . I would like to thank to Silvia and Luisa at reception . Both were amazing . Thanks for Franco . He was amazing guy. And Luigi the driver of the hotel . So polite and perfect man. In total every things were perfect . The location of hotel also is very good and you can go to Capri center and Ana capri center and also to Marina grande free of charge by hotel driver . I highly recommend this hotel to all.

Výhlad z hotela bol neskutočný a personál vždy nápomocní.

Chutili ale prijal by som väčší výber, hlavne zo slaných vecí. V izbe, kde sme mali veci v skrini bol trochu zápach, oblečenie nám napachlo.

Personale molto gentile , abbiamo gradito molto il drink del benvenuto , il servizio navetta e l accoglienza , la piscina è molto carina con una vista sul mare , molto consigliato

La colazione un po’ scarsa e con alcune pietanze a pagamento quando invece normalmente sono incluse ,,, comunque molto buona

Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo weekend all’Hotel Orsa Maggiore e non possiamo che consigliarlo. La struttura è molto curata, immersa nella tranquillità di Anacapri con una bellissima piscina a sfioro dove rilassarsi godendosi il panorama. Ma ciò che ha davvero fatto la differenza sono state le persone. Il mitico Luigi, sempre disponibile a portarci ovunque servisse, gentile, efficiente e con il sorriso sulle labbra. Luisa e Silvia, a consigliare luoghi da visitare e a trovare soluzioni per ogni esigenza. Franco, attento e preciso nei suoi consigli culinari ed infine Daniele barman affabile e accogliente.

It is a really boutique hotel with all facilities you would expect!

It is a bit excentric from Anacapri and definitely you need a lift for Capri or the Harbour. The hotel ensures a transfer but you don’t have to rely on that, especially if Luisa is on duty. She almost ruin our holiday (we book a transfer one day in advance with Silvia for our departure from the Harbour with all luggage etc and she Luisa together with the driver Luigi decided to put us together with other people going to the beach in the same small car…therefore we took a taxi 🚕 of 50 EUR by ourselves) You should be very careful, Silvia the other Reception desk lady is trustful, but not Luisa! I was inclined to recommend this hotel to all my friends, but I definitely renounce to this idea because of Luisa. I expect Ms Antonella, a very decent lady, the Owner, will take the appropriate actions. Please be aware that I tipped heavily this lady Luisa, but this doesn’t count, you should refrain of doing so, my error!

Struttura bella e ben gestita. Lo staff è sempre disponibile e cordiale. Vieni immerso da attenzioni e da una atmosfera familiare che ti fa sentire coccolato. Torneremo sicuramente
