The George

Lovely clean comfortable room and bed, loved the mattress topper and pillows, so cozy didn't want to get up in the morning. Breakfast delicious, staff very lovely, thank you for an amazing stay.

It was quite difficult to adjust the temperature of the shower.

The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. The room was clean, well decorated, and comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable as staff offered drinks, explained options, and returned to check if everything was fine and to ask if we wanted anything else. The locals used the facilities offered for breakfast, coffee, and cake or afternoon tea, so really popular.

Room was very warm but just turned radiator down. Really did not have any other issues.

Breakfast excellent. Location perfect for me.

Breakfast was excellent

Visiting family in the locality and The George was ideally situated. The bedroom was lovely, beautifully clean including the bathroom and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Staff were lovely and friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was fantastic and service of the highest standard. Highly recommend.
