"Excellent place to stay in Cape Town"

It's the second time I've stayed at Bluegum. The room and the whole guest house are both very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. Aissa manages the property. She's very customer friendly and is willing to share her extensive knowledge of the area. I really like the fact that the property is very clean and is well maintained.

Everything is fantastic. There are steps to enter the property which could be problematic for disabled guests.

The property was beautiful. The views from the deck were stunning and the pool area was beautiful with lots of areas to lounge in the sun or shade. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The owner and staff were very helpful, providing a wonderful breakfast every morning and sharing lots of recommendations for activities and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we visited Cape Town again.

Lots of stairs. It is up on a hill so a big challenge to walk home. However,if it wasn’t on a hill we wouldn’t have had the views so for us it was worth it. We would often walk to the waterfront or business area and Uber home.

"Un petit cocon très joli en dehors de l’agitation de la ville"

L’endroit est très joli, bien soigné et décoré, très tranquille, une vue super, différents espaces agréables dont la piscine. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et complet avec du sucré et du salé cuisiné sur place pour vous. Aissa est très sympathique et vous aide dans vos recherches d’activités et pour tout autre besoin. Son compagnon propose aussi des sorties très intéressantes. Avec Uber en quelques minutes vous êtes aux endroits interessant de la ville. C’est un endroit où on se sent comme à la maison. Je le recommande vivement.

Die Aussicht und die Zimmer sind toll gewesen! Wir fanden es super, dass es eine Selbstbedienung zu fairen Preisen gab! Das Personal war sehr nett. Etwas mehr Frühstücksauswahl wäre klasse - vllt. Käse, Wurst, etc. ansonsten war alles super! Danke!
