Our stay was very good for the price and the place was perfect for a family and for young people. Had a lot of games including foosball and table tennis etc. Sejal extended our check out time and was very helpful.

Mattress could be a little better. Spring was very old

• Pest control: Noticed small cockroaches in the room; this should be addressed promptly. • Transportation assistance: Drivers listed in the provided booklet may not be reliable. We experienced a last-minute cancellation, which, while unrelated to the hotel, reflects on the resources provided. • There was no sitting arrangement in the balcony, which was misleading as it was shown in the property photos

I really liked everything about the property. I especially loved the decor. I think it was renovated not long time ago. We stayed at the flat with one bedroom and it was a perfect size for a couple with a dog. You can make your own meals, relax on the balcony or work. I worked remotely and the Wi-Fi was just fine. They provide with different types of entertainment in the common area for both adults and children. Breakfasts served were fresh and tasty - thank you Rena. The staff always greets you with a smile. They even run a small grocery store with essentials for the guests. You can also use a washing machine for a small fee. It's a perfect place to stay with your dog too (which is hard to find). It's calm and has enough space for the walks even within the gates. Just be aware of the 2 resident kitties who run the place ;) If you are worried the hotel is located close to the railway tracks - don't be. It won't bother you. Trains passing from time to time are like a white noise in the background. I'm sensitive to loud sounds and most of the time I didn't realize there are any trains. We stayed in their villas in a different location in Goa before and I definitely recommend both places.
