Panna Heritage Boutique Hotel

Had a great stay! The staff was really friendly and helpful. Great location, everything was a few mins walk away! Highly recommended! Plus, the staff helped us book all the tours n activities. Overall, very good value for money.

2nights here and we loved it. Beautifully designed exterior. Room was clean but the toilet has a foul smell when u turn on the tap. No lifts. We were on the 2nd floor so it’s ok. We booked a balcony room. But we’re not allowed to smoke! Opposite has a blind massage parlour. 7-Eleven is around the corner 4mins walk. After 8/9pm it’s kinda quite. Very good service n smile from Lync(sorry if I spelled it wrong) at reception! Good job!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. As other reviewers have said, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was small but it had everything we needed. The location is very good because it’s quiet but its easy to walk to lots of different attractions. There are plenty of places nearby to eat. We had the hotel breakfast on our last morning and it was decent for 100 Baht. Good value for money, I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is located in the old city.lots of restaurants and temples nearby.

Everything was fine. The staff was very kind, rooms nice and clean. The communication with hotel was very good. The hotel offers transfers to the airport for very fair price. I highly recommend the place!

Quite a hard review to write some very good points and some bad... Hotel was in really good location for everything we needed in Chiang Mai couldn’t be better. Girls on reception were always friendly and said hello and goodbye every time we saw them, they also made the check in process quick and easy. However when we asked for 2 extra pillows as you only get 1 each, we were told there was a charge for 50 baht per pillow which we thought was odd so just went without. There was also some marks on the bed sheets when we arrived which were still on there 2/3 days later until they were eventually changed. The towels never looked that fresh and new but they always smelt clean which was good I guess maybe just well used? The breakfast was good, given lots of choice about 5 different options depending on what you fancy that day from American breakfast or fruit, toast, muesli etc. The shower wasn’t very powerful, we messed around with the head a few times to try and change the water flow but didn’t seem to make a difference, also the bathroom sometimes smelt quite fusty as it wasn’t a large room and not great air ventilation. Overall we probably wouldn’t stay here again in Chiang Mai, but it’s good if you want to be right in the centre of everything, basically right on walking street, and don’t mind the basics!

The receptionist girls are very kind, helpful and are always smiling. Location is perfect for walking in the old town, eating, drinking and having a massage. Though the room is small and we were unable to dry anything as the room had no ventillation. It stank like a vine cellar every time we went back and we didn't feel ourselves clean. They clean up every day and bring new water but my last towel had stains on it. Price was good.

What strikes me most when arriving at the hotel is the happy and enthusiastic welcome received from the hotel staff. They are extremely warm and friendly, also very willing to help. We had issues with both our shower and our toilet, and the staff helped out very promptly each time. This included the girls at reception when no one else was around. Conversely, the water pressure wasn't great, nor were the showers very warm. Bed was also a bit uncomfortable; I normally like a firm bed however this one just felt hard. Breakfast options were ok, but not great. You had to choose from 6 fixed options, none of which were really what I would have liked.

Very good location, clean place and rooms, very good value. I stayed there for 4 nights, the service that the staff provides is wonderful, always extremely helpful and smiling, they helped also arranging tours, providing suggestions and even helped us following up when we forgot some items in the van of a tour company. You perceive a home atmosphere there full of warmness and character . I would definitively return there.

Great location! Right smack in the middle of the old city, a minutes walk from the corner of the Sunday market, a few more minutes walk to Tha Pae Gate, and all amenities accessible within meters. Decent rooms, small but comfortable. Why would you want such a big room anyway! Friendly staff too!
