Panna Heritage Boutique Hotel

My husband and I just stayed there - Great location inside old city (walkable to the phae gate) but the room and bathroom were pretty bare bones. Staff there was pretty hospitable and stay and stay was generally good.

The location is perfect! Very close walking distance to many of the Wats and even the Night Bazaar. They are currently making alot of improvements to make this place even more chic. If you're not picky about all your amenities, then this is a great value! Excellent breakfasts included every morning. The staff was absolutely exceptional, and made my trip. The woman @ the front desk was so friendly. She helped us w/ all of our translation questions, helped us from getting scammed, flagged a cab for us to get the locals rate. She even went to the pharmacy for me, to get me cough medicine! So grateful for the hospitality! If you want great service, great price, great location, nice accomodations, and an absolutely genuine experience-this is the place. Thank you so much!

One of the staff was very helpful, patient, and always wears smiles while talking to us.

קבלת פנים ושירות מצוינים , אבל למשפחה המלון לא ממש מתאים ארוחת בוקר דלה מאוד. חדרי הדה לקס שלקחנו לא מלהיבים בקיצור עבור הכסף שמשלמים עדיף משהו יותר טוב. המלון לא מוכר לישראלים ואפילו נהגי המוניות בקושי הכירו אותו. והריח המלווה המון מקומות בחדרי תאילנד של צמח מסריח המזכיר גרביים מצחינות לייוה אותנו כל השהות. אחרי יום ברחנו

I spent three nights there. The staff were really friendly even arranging a eco trekking tour in to the jungle for me. Will definitely stay there when I go back to Chiang Mai.

Stayed here for 4 nights and were really pleased overall. Pooklook(sp?) at the front desk was amazing and really went the extra mile! Internet was great and worked well for VOiP and downloading large files. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. If we were to pick any one thing I'd have to say that the shower wasn't the greatest. Not much pressure if those things matter to you. Breakfast was good and plenty of options for restaurants within 5-10 minutes walking. We were concerned about the noise levels after reading some reviews but honestly, we had zero complaints despite being above reception and facing the street. Would definitely stay here again!

The people at the hotels were very nice. They went out of the their way to make our stay pleasant. The property itself is very clean and quiet. Great location.

The people from the hotel are great. The lady working the front desk is very jolly and just a very nice person. It's a very clean hotel. The internet is fast...when it works. If you are working and need consistent wifi, then i recommend staying somewhere else. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Owner was very accommodating. New building, very clean, and only steps to the Sunday Walking Street and Wat Chedi Luang.
