Very friendly and helpful staff. I had heavy luggage and one of the receptionists proactively took it to my room for me.

Hinoki bath is more like a foot bath considering its size and the seat (step) that takes up half of it. Not worth it.

friendly and very helpful staff. reasonable breakfast. Great coffee machine, almost as good as Barista coffee. Close enough to metro. Good location to visit local designer store Mini bar is included.

Shower pressure is a bit weak. Not a lot of hanging space.
