Hotel très propre, changement des serviettes tous les jours et nettoyage de la chambre quotidien. Personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute.

Pas d'eau chaude mais légèrement tiède, douche qui mouille toute la salle de bain. Pas d'emplacement pour sécher son linge

Lit très confortable

Chambre pas très lumineuse. La salle de bain aurait besoin d’un coup de jeune et l’eau chaude n’est pas toujours présente.

Tout était parfait, le personnel est très réactif et très serviable. Les chambres sont grandes et très propres Le restaurant est très bon Super séjour

Tout ! Accueil parfait , personnel très sympa. Calme . Le restaurant de l’hôtel est excellent. Le petit déjeuner très bien aussi :) Nous voyageons avec deux enfants et ils ont été aux petits soins avec eux. La chambre familiale est très grande . Il est bien placé pour aller à pied dans le centre de tulum ainsi que pour aller visiter ou à la plage (Nous avions une voiture.) .

I stayed here as part of an Intrepid Travel tour. Room was a decent size and clean and the breakfast was tasty but that is the extent of the positive feedback. The shower and sink drains stank of raw sewage. I called for assistance and two guys placed wet towels over the drains as a physical barrier…. Which was weird. They offered to move us to a room on level 2 at 10pm but the hotel has no lift and there was a spiral staircase to climb. A large family was sat by the pool right outside and talked late into the night. The bathroom was old and tired. The hotel itself was a 20 min to the main strip with restaurants although there are a few eateries closer.
