"Delish food and nice ambiance!"

We ate at the restaurant Suspiro and it was delicious and authentic! I've eaten in several places on my vacation and all so far have not been that great. This place had a beautiful gallery and great ambiance! Highly recommend...did I say the food was delish, cleaned my plate!!! Lol They also have a hotel attached Mestizo!

The staff was friendly and polite. The receptionist agreed to reimburse the reservation price when we decided to leave the hotel at 9.30 pm because there was no water in the hotel. However I did not get any messages/confirmation ref this remboursement.

The hotel never replied to our messages through booking before our arrival. We are still waiting for a confirmation of the reimbursement. The rooms and bathroom are poor and old.

Location was great, close to the ruins and cenotes and shopping and eating in Tulum. They cleaned the rooms daily, the room has a mini-fridge to put water in, room size was adequate, beds comfortable and noise was not a factor even though hotel was on a very busy street. Their breakfast is complimentary and amazing! Staff were very accommodating and welcoming!

The indoor pool is located in the center between ALL the rooms, feels a bit exposed, our kids did not use the pool but at least they had one to offer.

"Safe place to stay close to the main drag in Tulum."

Breakfast was delicious and the staff are incredibly friendly. Rooms are clean and the air conditioning works well.

The pool was not clean to the level I would swim in.

This was our second year staying at Mestizo Gallery and we really appreciated the convenience and comfort of the room. It's an oasis from the street and busy area. We plan to stay again next year.
