"Great stay in Homestead"

Clean and comfortable. I liked that it had a bistro and you could get Starbucks coffee in the morning. It had a small market as well.

The outlets by the lamps were worn and couldn’t be used. Chargers fell out of them. That was a little inconvenient. That minor thing was our only complaint. We had a great stay and would stay there again.

Las instalaciones muy bonitas y comodas

El personal es amable, sin embargo me hubiera gustado q desde el check in le proporcionarán al huésped la información completa sobre horarios de desayuno, servicios disponibles en el hotel, lugares de interés en el sector... Y ser más cuidadosos con el depósito. Consumí alimentos en el hotel q debieron descargar del depósito y erróneamente en el check out los descontaron de mi tarjeta, cuando en realidad debían descontarlo del depósito pagado y tuve q esperar varios días para q me fuera reembolsado. En cuanto al costo del desayuno me parecio un poco alto. Lo anterior son puntos por mejorar, el resto, las instalaciones limpias y el personal muy amable.
