Overall, the hotel is fabulous and classy, just as expected. The hotel staff were very friendly and approachable. I would give the staff a 10/10 score overall; they exceeded my expectations and were very welcoming when I needed to check in earlier than the normal check-in time. Jan, Edson, and Amor were very welcoming and friendly.

I would recommend that a bidet in the bathroom would be nice, but nonetheless, the hotel is perfect.

Great location- step out grab some lattes and pastries and then go shopping for the day!

This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel with my employer. I realize this hotel chain doesn't hold a candle to Marriott, Hilton, Omni, and some other nicer brands, but overall it's not bad. My favorite thing about this hotel is the bed! Super comfortable. Also, I think the ambiance, color schemes, and amenities are pleasant. Breakfast met expectations for a free breakfast; it wasn't cooked-to-order but it wasn't motel continental either. I'm happy to see the a/c and heater work very well. A big plus that I didn't realize at first is that streaming entertainment is available. My one recommendation for improvement is the lackluster welcome. It was just one employee (everyone else was very nice), but when it's your first impression, it makes all the difference. This ultimately wouldn't keep me from wanting to come back. Again, the hotel is really not all that bad for a smaller chain. It is very much a boutique hotel with its own personality. The bedding, furnishings, decor, and location make up for what the hotel lacks in terms of chain size and the poor first impression. In speaking with colleagues, everyone seemed generally impressed with the hotel.
