The location, staff not being able to communicate in English nothing or real interest nearby clear instructions not giving when checking in about where things are located in the hotel. Also the hotel not stating about the over £100 deposit that would be taken from me upon checking however instead stating a lower amount on booking.com site

Most things see about also like to add the smell of smoke in all areas of the hotel

Spacious and clean rooms, pool and gym available. Luxurious hotel feel. Our room had partial river view

Cannot adjust the AC temperature as it is centrally heated. Our room felt rather warm and staff gave us a portable fan to assist with ventilation. Location is not in the tourist district, but it was easy and cheap to use Didi everywhere.
