Fantastická snídaně, večeře i kolem dvacáté hodiny, velice příjemný personál, prostě pobyt na jedničku s minimálně pěti hvězdičkami. Krásný výhled na Lysou horu, prostě nádhera.

Nevím, na co bychom si mohli stěžovat.

Téměř vše bylo perfektní, krásný a poměrně prostorný pokoj, odhlučněné stěny, celkově pěkné prostředí a okolí, čisto a klid, ochotný personál, výborná restaurace.

V pokoji se topilo podlahovým topením a nenašli jsme žádný termostat, kterým bychom mohli teplotu regulovat - v noci mi bylo opravdu dost teplo a zároveň jsem nechtěla větrat vzhledem k minusovým hodnotám venku. Ale možná jsem se jen měla zeptat personálu. :) Také jedna matrace v pokoji byla značně proleželejší než vedlejší, což nebylo moc pohodlné.
