Be aware, apartments located not in the same building with Reception, but in walking distance (10-15 minutes by feet). Check-in is at 19 Baseina Street, from 14:00 to 23:00. Check-out till 12:00 (no need to visit Reception). Guests with the age under 21 should pay deposit (equal to 1 night of staying or 2000 UAH) that will be returned at the check-out date, if there will be no damages at the apartment. No pets allowed.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

"На два дні та три ночі, хотілося б кращого сервісу."

Гарне розташування. Не чутно машин. Затишний дворик. В апартаментах: є чайник, два стіки кави, два пакетики чаю, цукор, дві чашки, склянки, бокали, деревʼяна дошка. Але відсутні прибори до чашок. Мікрохвильова піч. Невеличка кухня, з міні холодильником. Фен, котрий був в шухляді біля ліжка, не користувалися. Двоспальне ліжко. Одне крісло, два стільця. Журнальний столик. Стіл для письма. Телевізор з кабельним, але без смарт тв. Кондиціонер (не користувалися). Шафа з вішаками та полицями. Електро камін. В загальному коридорі на троє апартаментів, пралка, але не зрозуміло чи можна нею користуватися. Два великих бойлери. Є прасувальна дошка та праска.

Погано прибрано. Відсутні прибори для посуду, навіщо тоді та міні кухня з однією мікрохвильовою піччю. Туалетний папір - один рулон на три дні, як в принципі і засоби гігієни. Шумний насос в санвузлі. Немає полиць під засоби гігієни в душовій. Запах застояної води в санвузлі. Не працює освітлення біля єдиного дзеркала та витяжка в санвузлі. Не на всіх вікнах є москітні сітки, комари покусали. Ковдра в плямах, постіль сіра, а не біла, як мала б бути. На два дні та три ночі, хотілося б кращого сервісу.

Наявність гігієнічних наборів (шампунь, мило, ватні палички), рушники, капці. Ідеально затишна квартира.

Дуже багато сповіщень і дуже багато тексту у сповіщеннях. Не вистачає бенкетки та лопатки для взуття на вході
