"My 5 night stay horrible "

My room 102 Book this hotel for convenience not for vacation But this hotel feels more like a prison than a spot to relax Rules cant have guests come to my room n the kind of room I booked is a suite... My guests can only meet me in front lobby or the restaurant a bs Rule im paying for the room it's not free. Also my suite has no phone in the room so if I need something i HAVE to walk to the lobby paid 1600 for this crap The property manager is no where to be found they cant even give me his phone # to contact him. This was not my first time staying here but this is my last time do not stay here They breakfast is same thing over n over again The lobby manager told me there are other guest next to me so they cant have noises yet they are music playing n a play ground in front for the room I have never been to a place where they have such double standards... Also was told by staff I should not come back. What a great customer service just because I didn't agree with something n wanted to talk to property manager...

Perfect for a fiji transit or early flight. Well setup close to the airport and a fantastic pool and relaxation area. Been many times and keep coming back.

Overall stay was good. Staff were really good and easy to approach. Room was serviced all moat everyday without asking. My kids loved the stay. Would highly recommend. But if the hotel can provide with microwaves for villas especially family with kids. Otherwise the stay was really good.

Nice location - very close to airport for the late night arrivals or departures with free shuttle. The staff was kind and friendly. My main problems were the dirty linen with shoe stains and blood marks on them, the lukewarm water since they are solar operated(?) and very weak WiFi signal that reminded me of the late 2000’s. Definitely, it decent value for the price but beware of the shortcomings.

The hotwl it self was okay. But not much options for breakfast. Have to pay for Wifi to use. Atleast provide microwaves in the room.

Stayed here for 1 night before and early morning flight, was very convenient with the airport shuttle. Clean, tidy rooms and staff were very friendly
