Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Prattville South by IHG

I have the IHG app and try to stay at them when I travel because they are usually great. Desk girl very sweet but found wet dirty towel in bathroom, large bolt on floor, earrings on floor. Tried 3 remotes and none worked for tv. Lobby and elevator floors sticky and dirty and sticky. Front desk says they are short housekeepers .

Clean. Professional staff.

We have stayed at this property several times snd have been satisfied, however, that ended this trip. We ALWAYS wipe all surfaces down with a Lysol wipe. Door knobs, light switches, remotes, any thing that we will touch that can be wiped down. The remote didn’t work. After 3 trips to the front desk I ended up with 2 remotes, one remote for channels, one for volume. The mirrors and TV were so smeared with something we couldn’t even use the mirrors. There were ants all over the desk this morning when we woke. The floors are so sticky that our flip flops stick to them.

Very clean place. Would stay again. Front desk guy that was working wasn’t very friendly at all.

Everything was perfect

The best thing? The AC in the rooms is amazing! The room was warm when we arrived, but within 10 minutes of dropping the temp, we were cold! That’s a good thing in Alabama in September!! The staff were great, very helpful and easy to check in and out with. The kitchen staff were very observant and friendly during breakfast. Several good options to eat. Parking lot was well lit, quiet area. There was a crack in the toilet bowl, and the bathroom had some hair on the floor of the shower. That’s the only reason for 4/5. Otherwise it was a great stay.
