Excellent hotel for a 3 star , had no issues whatsoever and will definitely be staying there next time we visit Tenerife 😊👍

Decent pool area with enough beds for this time of year. Generally the property is tired but adequate and clean.

Good value for money

I have just returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel and I cannot fault it for the price that I paid. The room was very clean and spacious and the location of the hotel was great for nightlight with it being on a short walk from Veronica’s strip. The breakfasts were great with a large selection of items to choose from. The pool area offered a large selection of loungers with a nice pool which I could not fault either. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

10 days in Feb with friend, all of us retired. The hotel was comfortable and clean, pool area is large and wasn’t crowded and right over the road from the beach. It’s right on the busy tourist strip with its bars and restaurants, souvenir shops etc. The sea front promenade stretches for miles in each direction and is wheelchair and mobility scooter friendly. We hired a car as we wanted to get away from this area quite often and explore the rest of the island. We were very glad we did this. All in all a great place for some winter sun in a well run hotel if you like tourist hot spots

Great spot with everything around that you would want

Room was described as pool view and two single beds, on check in it did not have a pool view and had a very uncomfortable small double bed. The room was ground floor and the patio door locks were not secure and had to be repaired by the maintenance team. They also had to replace plugs in wash basin and bath as they were not there on check in. Apartment was not particularly clean and very dated. Kitchenette did not have an oven as described only a microwave and very few cooking utensils. Outside the apartment the hotel was undergoing extensive building works to car park and surrounding buildings. This was very noisy from early morning and was not pointed out on the website or by hotel staff on check in. Overall very disappointed with stay at Palm Beach and Hotels.com description of apartment which we think was misleading.

Very noisy due to building works happening to the neighbouring hotel

Hotel is showing signs that modernisation is required. I was quite surprised to find that tinned mandarins were served, not fresh ones.

Very friendly and quite laid back, handy shops on the site, brilliant location practically on the beach. The only problem was the noise of drilling coming from the work being done to the car park, just outside our bedroom windows.
