Please note that smoking is prohibited in all areas of The Classic 500 Pentaz Executive Residence. Please note that breakfast-included rates apply for adults' breakfast only. Children's breakfast is to be requested and to be paid on-site upon arrival. Usage of sauna, spa, indoor golf and fitness centre is limited to guests over 16 years of age due to safety reasons. Charges apply to the use of the outdoor swimming pool, sauna and spa. Sauna, spa and fitness facilities are closed on the second Wednesday of every month and during the duration of Lunar New Year's holidays and Korean thanksgiving holidays. Free parking is provided for one car per room. Please note that Renovation work of the Bath of Fitness club will be carried out from 01/04/26 to 19/06/26. Please note that Renovation work of the Gym of Fitness club will be carried out from 01/04/26 to 15/04/26. The Gym of fitness club is open on 16/04/26.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. 部屋が広い。快適に過ごせる。 レンジや洗濯機もあり、過ごしやすい。

4人で行った際に、1人がソファベッドで、布団が用意されていなかったこと。 また国の土地柄なのかシャワーの温度調節が難しい

Very neat and specious with modern amenities

Staff members (reception) were rude and unprofessional in their conduct. We were there to celebrate our pearl wedding anniversary and had tours booked every day early in the morning. We requested if the staff could pack up breakfast as otherwise we would be late for our tours. The reception staffs very bluntly suggested we can’t help you in this matter. We informed we have already paid for the breakfast in our booking package and if they could help. The staff informed they cannot help as we have not booked with hotel directly. We gave them few possible options but everything was flatly refused. We were asked to contact Booking.com as we booked through their website. Highly disappointed as this was the first time in almost a decade (being with Booking.com) we faced such an unpleasant experience.
