Da localização do hotel, está perto de tudo,das termas da via pedonal junto ao rio Tâmega e da simpatia dos funcionários.

Do parque automóvel, hoje em dia já deviam estar mais preparados com carregadores para carros elétricos e não têm nada.

"Hotel bien situado con buena relación precio/calidad"

La ubicación de este hotel está muy bien justo al lado del Balneario Spa de Chaves y a unos 8 minutos de la Plaza Camoes que es el centro de Chaves. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y sin ruido. Buena limpieza asi como buena calidad de sábanas y toallas. El desayuno muy bueno y muy variado. Variedad de fruta y zumos, cereales, fiambres, quesos, zona de calientes, mucha variedad de panes...mejor que en hoteles de 4* españoles. El hotel también tiene restaurante con una carta variada. Nosotros cenamos y lo único negativo fue que tuvimos que esperar unos 40' para que nos trajeran nuestros platos. Al ser bacalao nos dijeron que lo tenían que hacer en el momento y requería tiempo. Las raciones son contundentes y estaba bien guisado. En Portugal se come muy bien y a buen precio.
